Your southwest roots are showing. There is no such thing as “just” snow. There’s fluffy snow, powdery snow, snowball snow, icy snow, snowman snow, sticky snow, squishy snow, slushy snow, sleet, (which is technically snow but in a more bullet-like shape), new snow (aka virgin snow), old snow (aka brown snow), yellow snow…
stopping now. Cleaning out basement, preparing to pray to the sump pump gods and sacrifice a pair of woolen socks.
