Briefly considering the issue of those who saw the invention of the desktop and those who grew up with them as appliances.

And to keep the juices going, I think I’m going to write a poem for every Carianne piece posted here. Some catch-up to do.

    Man, just as you’re matching words with Carianne’s images, I have the perfect image for your first point: about 1972, sitting at a desk with my best friend’s son on my lap; he’s about two or three, plunking on the keyboard of his dad’s computer. If I could only find the photo…
