Book 1 - The Jailhouse

The Jailhouse is a room. "The jailhouse, which also serves as your office, is sparsely furnished. The jail cell is to the east and the main street is to the west."

The bulletin board is in the Jailhouse. The description is "The bulletin board has a lone wanted poster attached to it."

The wanted poster is scenery in the Jailhouse. The description is "Printed in large bold letters, the poster says[paragraph break][italic type]'WANTED![line break]Dead or Alive:[line break]The man known as the Lollipop Strangler'[roman type]".

The desk is a supporter in the Jailhouse. The description is "The desk has always been in the same spot."

The handwritten note is on the desk. The description is "[italic type]We left early this morning to track the Lollipop Strangler and had to take all the guns and ammo from the cabinet. You should be all right until we return.[line break]- Sheriff Tate[roman type]".

The envelope is a closed openable container on the desk. The description is "The letter-sized envelope has the sheriff's name on it."
