When Students ask for More

Tuesday, October 11th, 2005

I don’t know how the subject came up, but the British Literature students have asked me to open discussion forums on the readings in the Vista system. They’re asking for more work. Are they nuts? Or do they want more time to engage? Does it matter. I’m glad to do it.

I would take that to mean that they’re so enthralled in your classes that they need much more to sustain their addiction. You should pat yourself on the back, you’re a damn good teacher. You left me with a craving for more knowledge, that’s for sure.

I want to see how differently other students in the class view the readings. It is always helpful to me when I get a different perspective on the readings

    Excellent, Paul.
